To access the Agent Details report in Access MicrOpay, follow the steps below:
As an Access MicrOpay administrator, go to Micropay Administration then click Agent Administration.
Click Reports then click Agent Details.
You can filter the report to print information for an individual or for multiple agents.
With the display options, you determine which agent details to include in the report.
To include a summary of the setting on the Options tab of the agent record, select Display Agent Options.
To include a breakdown of the agent's permissions as set in the Access Permission tab of the agent's record, select Display Agent Access. You can also view the access permissions the group your agent is a member of.
