If an RDO class is removed from an employee's record without the hours and amounts being removed at the same time, they will still be visible in the Employee Grid. To remove the RDO hours and amounts from the Grid:
Go to Payroll, Maintenance, Employees, Employees.
Edit the employee with RDO hours but not an RDO class.
Click on RDO Details.
Select an RDO Class to attach to the employee.
Click OK to save the change. This will save the RDO class to the employee record and clear out the RDO hours and amounts.
Edit the employee again.
Go to RDO Details, and delete the RDO Class.
Click OK to save.
