You can download and import an IQ report into MicrOpay in order to see what leave applications have been sent to MicrOpay for processing. The report will show future (or yet to processed) leave applications or already processed applications, including the employee, leave dates and hours.
To import the IQ:
Download the Leave - Leave imported via API.xml.
Save the downloaded Leave imported via API.xml file to a location you can access.
Log in to MicrOpay.
Go to Common, IQ.
From the toolbar, select Import.
Browse to the Leave imported via API.xml file saved in the accessible location and select Open.
Select Import and then OK to import the file.
API-Leave - Leave imported via the API will now appear in your list of IQ Reports.
To run API-Leave - Leave imported via the API:
Go to Common, IQ.
Find API-Leave - Leave imported via the API and double click.
Enter the following parameters:
Include Leave From and Include Leave To - the Date Range of Leave Applications to return
Include Terminated - Enter either 0 or 1 - 0 (False) will exclude terminated employees or 1 (True) will include terminated employees.
Include Terminated On or After - If you choose to include terminated employees, this will include them if their termination date is on or after the entered date.
Is Processed - Enter either 0 or 1 - 0 (False) will return yet to be processed leave applications or 1 (True) will return already processed leave applications.
Click OK.
The data will be returned in a grid. You have the option to filter or sort data and can export to another program (e.g. Excel) using Save Grid.
