You can documents in Collaborate that users will be able to access and ask questions of via Copilot. To do this:
Click on the Access button (top left corner).
Select Products and then Collaborate.
From the menu on the left, select Sites.
To create a new Site, click Create Site on the right. This will open the Create Site window. Enter the Name and Description. Click Create.
Click on the name of the Site to open.
On the right in Available Actions, click Upload Document.
Click on Browse, locate and select the document and click Open.
The Title will default based on the filename. If required, edit the Title of the document and enter a Description.
Tick Make Available in Co-pilot, if needed.
Click Save.
