Express Super - Resubmit a file once it has been cancelled in Express Super

Where can I send the express super amount again? The file was cancelled.

Files are cancelled after 14 days if the file has been Confirmed & Sent and it has not been paid. If a payment has been processed after the file has been cancelled and no other files have been submitted, customers would need to resubmit the file that has been cancelled.

To resubmit a cancelled file, you can go to Submission history, which will display all submitted files in the portal. Please click on the “re-use this file” which is displayed under Actions and looks like arrows shaped as a triangle.

  1. Select Pay Cycle, specify the dates for which the file is for, and click on Next.

  2. Select the Review tab, ensure all employees have been included in the file, and that the total amount is correct.

  3. Select Summary and Submit, confirm that all funds have been included, and the totals are correct for each fund.

  4. Click Confirm and send to submit the file to SuperChoice.

Important: Terminated employees who have been included in the original file might be removed when trying to reuse the file. If this has occurred, please click on the “add member” radio button to add them back to the file in the review section.
