When you receive money back from Express Super, or are notified that money is being returned, there are 2 reasons why this usually occurs.
You have uploaded a file to the portal and not made the payment within 14 calendar days, if you upload a file on the 1st of the month, regardless of public holidays and weekends, it still needs to be paid for by the 14th of the month.
The funds have been sent without the correct Payment reference number (PRN) this is to the left of the screen when you Confirm and send. This PRN needs to be manually entered when you submit the funds through your banking software.
Note: Payments are matched automatically by the amount and PRN's that are submitted.
