If your employee has changed from Casual to Part-time, or Part-Time to Full-time, you may need to review the number of hours they have accrued and manually adjust.
Leave is calculated based on the information that exists for the employee at the time Update Leave Entitlements or End of Pay is completed.
The Leave balances may need to be reviewed when an employee has changed hours if the Leave is based on average hours worked over a period.
