You may be missing nodes or tiles if your Agent has a modified System Tree or if Integration hasn't been enabled.
The Leave Processing node or tile is only available when Integration has been enabled. To do this, follow the steps below:
Log in as an Admin user:
Go to Access MicrOpay Evo Administration, System Configuration, System Wizard.
Select the Access Control tab.
Tick Enable Integration.
Click Finish.
You will need to log off and back in to see the change.
If an Agent can't see a tile or a node and they should be able to access it, complete the steps below:
Log into MicrOpay as the Admin user.
Go to Access MicrOpay Administration, Agent Administration, Agents.
Edit the Agent who can't see the tile.
Select the System Tree tab.
Click Default.
Select Yes to the message about reverting to the default System Tree.
Click OK.
The Agent will need to log out of MicrOpay and back in for the change to take effect. The tile(s) should now be available.
Following these steps if the Agent is still unable to see missing tiles to edit the Default System Tree:
Log into MicrOpay as the Admin user.
Go to Access MicrOpay Administration, System Configuration, System Wizard.
Select Default System Tree tab
Click Default.
Select Yes to revert to the Standard System Tree
Click Finish.
Select Yes to save the changes on the message about the change possibly affecting all users.
Click Yes to do you want to log off now.
All Agents will need to log out of MicrOpay and back in for the change to take effect. The tile(s) should now be available.
If the above steps don't resolve the issue or if you can't see the Leave Planning tiles after updating your Registration Code to include ESS you need to raise a case online via the Customer Service Portal. Please reference this article in the case and provide the details of the tile you can't see.
