MicrOpay ESS - A Blank Screen appears when logging in to ESS

After an ESS upgrade a blank page appears. Receive the following Host Error when trying to log into ESS: 'Gateway time-out - Error code 504'

Get the user that is receiving the blank screen or the Gateway time-out error to select Ctrl + F5. This will force the browser to retrieve the webpage from the server instead of loading it from the cache.

If the issue continue after the above has been actioned, ask the user to clear their cache.
