Hosted Online IP Address Whitelisting and Port Access

Updated over 2 months ago

To allow access to MicrOpay Online, your IT team needs to whitelist our IP addresses and allow port access. Ensure your firewall permits access to:

  1. We highly recommend using the Domain names to whitelist the services, as underlying IPs may change or use load-balancers to provide redundancy. Pointing to specific IPs will result in continuous adjustments to be made or loss of redundancy.
If you have to use IPs, we suggest you perform NSLOOKUPs for the various domain names listed to confirm current IP addresses in use.

  2. Allow TCP ports 80/443/3389 for the following Domain Names:

    • api.cloud.micropay.com.au

    • ahi.cloud.micropay.com.au

    • rdsmp.cloud.micropay.com.au

  3. Allow TCP Ports 80/443/3389 and UDP port 3391 for the below:

    • gw1.cloud.micropay.com.au

    • gw2.cloud.micropay.com.au

Please contact your local IT team to do this. You can refer them to the below article for more information:
