Access MicrOpay Remote App Update

IMPORTANT UPDATE
The Access Group has updated the Remote App (RDP) file that you use to access the environment. As a result, you will need to download and use this version from 22 February 2025 in order to log in to the environment.
The previous version of this file will no longer work from this date, so please feel free to delete any previous versions.
After 22 February 2025, the previous version of the file will no longer work, so you must download and start using the new RDP file before this date. This will ensure that you can continue to access MicrOpay in the Payroll Online environment.
Services affected
Payroll Online customers will not have connectivity to the online applications until they download and use the latest version of this file.
For your IT - Additional IP addresses to whitelist
There is no change to the IP addresses to whitelist. As advised in previous communications, customers who have whitelisted our IP addresses, including the gateway IP, should have already added the following IP to their whitelist:
20.193.4.108
40.127.67.237
You will not have access to your software if this action has not been taken. Note: Existing IPs should be kept in the whitelist.
There will be no change in the day-to-day operation of hosted applications after this migration.
