What's in the Access MicrOpay Evo version 9.5 B2 release
Fixes for several issues affecting MicrOpay Evo 9.5:
Superannuation Guarantee Quarterly Contribution Cap was reset to the 2024/2025 value.
Super earnings incorrectly calculated, impacting employers' SG contribution cap.
Payroll Online (Hosted) Customers, scripts to correct the above issues were run for Payroll Online on 8 April and 16 April, respectively.
Super funds previously processed through Express Super can now be selected in Superannuation Processing.
Option for silent install of MicrOpay Evo upgrades reinstated.
Note: If you have not upgraded to MicrOpay Evo version 9.5 yet, we recommend installing 9.5 B2 instead. MicrOpay Evo Version 9.5 B2 includes all version 9.5 and 9.5 B1 changes and fixes as well as this fix.

How this version will be made available
If you're a Payroll Online (Hosted) customer
Access MicrOpay Evo will be upgraded to v9.5 B2 on Friday 8 May 2026, 8:00 pm - Saturday 9 May 2026, 8:00 pm AEST.
Note: The changes included in this release have already been applied to the Payroll Online (Hosted) environment and are currently in effect. This upgrade aligns your hosted environment to the same version as MicrOpay desktop — no functional changes will occur as a result.
If you are an On-premise Desktop customer
The Access MicrOpay Evo v9.5 B2 release will be available from our Access MicrOpay Evo products download page from 5 May 2026. We'll let you know when this becomes available. Before updating your Access MicrOpay Evo software, back up both the Payroll and the Common database. See Backup and Restore for more information.
