The Integrated Backup and Restore allows users to backup and restore their database(s) from within the program. There is also the option to backup payroll databases and the common database from the login window.
Backup options
From the Login screen, use the Backup/Restore button.
Select Utilities and Backup Database from the menus.
Restore options
Restore a payroll database or common database backup:
From the Login screen, use the Backup/Restore button. An Integrated Restore can only be done from the Login screen, as all users must be logged out when restoring your database.

Important: After upgrading to version 9.4 SP2, you will receive a warning if you are restoring your payroll database to a backup taken before EFT/Creditor EFT files were generated, to Super Clearing batches were submitted. Care should be taken when restoring, as you might cause duplicate payments or discrepancies.
