Hosted Online - Save MicrOpay Client Service (MCS) Logs

Client reports errors in MCS and Access Group needs a copy of the logs

  1. Open File Explorer and click Windows (C:) on the left.

  2. Next, open Program Files (x86) then MicrOpay Client Service and lastly Config.

  3. Right-click MicropayClientServicesConfig, this will have Application as the type and select Run as administrator.

  4. Once the MCS opens, click Show Logs at the bottom left.

  5. Click the top entry, press Ctrl + A, and then Ctrl + C to copy the whole logs.

  6. Open Microsoft Excel and select Blank workbook.

  7. Click into cell A1 and press Ctrl + V to paste the logs.

  8. Save the file and upload it to the case.
