Access Group WebAPI v3.7.3.0 update
The Access Group updated Access MicrOpay Sandbox WebAPI (TAPI) to v3.7.3.0 on Monday, 15 December 2025 and the Access MicrOpay WebAPI (production) on Thursday, 18 December 2025. Desktop customers using MicrOpay Client Service (MCS) with TAPI must download the latest MCS v3.7.3.0 to avoid any connection issues. Please click HERE to download the latest MCS version.

MicrOpay Client Service (MCS)
The Access Group wishes to advise a new version of MicrOpay Client Service (MCS) is now available for download. Please refer to the link below. Sage People customers, please ensure that you download and update to MCS 3.7.3.2 on or after 27 February 2026.
This is a mandatory upgrade for customers who connect to Sage People via SFTP. It is optional for all other users of MCS.
You may disregard this information if you do not use MicrOpay Client Service (MCS) for our ESS product or a 3rd party integration.

Payroll Online and Outsourcing customers do not need to download the MCS, as we update your software on your behalf to the correct version for your environment.
What is changing?
Previously, leave balances were exported to Sage People at the time a pay run was processed, regardless of whether the leave balance was actually eligible at that point. This could result in leave balances being sent to Sage People prematurely β before the pay period had ended or before an employee's anniversary date had been reached, therefore some employees are unable to apply leave in Sage People when the balance is dated in the future.
With this update, MicrOpay will apply date-based eligibility checks before triggering each leave export, ensuring leave balances are only sent to Sage People at the right time.
