If you are running a 3rd party application utilising the Web API Interface, you must also upgrade the MicrOpay Client Service to match the hosted version.

Access Group WebAPI v3.7.2.0 update
The Access Group updated Access MicrOpay Sandbox WebAPI (TAPI) to v3.7.2.0 on Tuesday, 12 August 2025 and the Access MicrOpay WebAPI (production) on Tuesday, 26 August 2025. Desktop customers using MicrOpay Client Service (MCS) with TAPI or API must download the latest MCS v3.7.2.0 to avoid any connection issues. Please click HERE to download the latest MCS version.

MicrOpay Client Service (MCS)
The Access Group wishes to advise a new version of MicrOpay Client Service (MCS) is now available for download. Please refer to the link below. Desktop customers, please ensure that you download and update the MCS 3.7.2.0 on or after 26 August 2025.
You may disregard this information if you do not use MicrOpay Client Service (MCS) for our ESS product or a 3rd party integration.
Payroll Online and Outsourcing customers do not need to download the MCS, as we update your software on your behalf to the correct version for your environment.
What's new in this version:
Change to Update LeavePlanningManager, where the status will be changed to 'PickedUp' after the transaction has been successfully updated, ensuring more accuracy with status reporting.
Note: For MCS v3.7.2.0 to work, it is highly recommended that desktop customers upgrade to the latest version of MicrOpay 9.4 SP1 released on 16 June 2025. Payroll Online and Outsourcing customers do not need to upgrade as Access Group upgrades your software on your behalf to the latest version in the hosted environment.
