If you receive the message when trying to log in to the miniOrange website, it may be blocked. Contact your local IT team for further assistance.
During the MFA enrolment
If you receive the message during the MFA enrolment process, you may have selected the Email notification method. To clear the message, refresh the page on your browser and restart the MFA enrolment process. Ensure you choose Push Notifications only.
