MicrOpay ESS Error: 'Either you have updated your password recently or that password has been already used. Try again later' in ESS

I can't change my ESS password or can't change it again after just changing it
When trying to change your password you received the below message:
​'Either you have updated your password recently or that password has been already used. Try again later'

Users are limited to changing their password once every 24 hours. They will need to wait until this time has passed before attempting to change the password again.
