If your leave balances for Long Service Leave do not match between MicrOpay and ESS, please check your Leave Settings.
Log in to ESS as an Administrator.
Go to Settings, Leave.
Review the setup for Long Service Leave.
If you need to make changes, click Edit (pencil in a square).
Ensure that Include pro rata calculation and Only once entitlement reached are both ticked for Long Service Leave.
This will make sure that an employee who has reached their first entitlement will see their total balance, and any employee who is yet to reach their first entitlement will not see a balance in ESS.
Note: If you choose to tick Include pro rata calculation and do not tick Only once entitlement reached, all employees, regardless of their length of service, will see their Pro rata balances.
