You can change the email address ESS notifications are sent to by updating the user's contact details. You can also change a new user's default email address prior to activating the user, which will, in turn, change the Sign In name.

To change the email address used for notifications:
Locate the user you wish to update in ESS.
Select Account Settings.
In the Notification Emails, note which email address is visible under Send ESS Notifications To.
Select Contact Details.
You can either edit the email address that you noted in step three (e.g., Work email). Or add a new email address (e.g., if a Work email exists, you could add a Personal email).
Click Save once the email address has been entered.
If you edited the existing notifications email, click Yes, continue to confirm updating the notification email address. This will update the email address in the Send ESS Notifications To in Account Settings.
If you added a new email address, go to Account Settings
Edit Notification Emails.
If this is currently set to Work email address, change to Personal email address, or vice versa.
Click Save.
Click the Activate button if you need to activate a new user.
