If buttons have disappeared from a Grid screen (e.g. Employee Grid) or Employee Enquires, you can retrieve them using the steps below. The process below will reset the grid to the default settings, meaning you will lose any customisations.
Right-click in the Grid
Select Reset Form Defaults.
Click OK to the message.
Press F5 to refresh the screen.
The buttons should now be available.
