If buttons have disappeared from a Grid screen (e.g. Employee Grid) or Employee Enquiries, retrieve them using the process below to reset the grid to the default settings. You will lose any customisations.
Right-click in the Grid
Select Reset Form Defaults.
Click OK to the message.
Press F5 to refresh the screen.
The buttons should now be available.
