All data displayed in a Grid form in MicrOpay can be saved as a Microsoft Excel File (*.xls).
To create an Excel file from a display grid, click the Save Grid button at the top of the screen display.
Nominate where the file will be created in the destination field.
Enter a file name in the File Name field. The default is Employee List.
To save the grid information in Excel format, select Microsoft Excel Files (.xls or .xlsx) from the Save as type dropdown field.
Once the file has been named and saved, an option to view the file will appear. Click Yes to view your data.
When the file has opened, highlight any fields to be saved as numbers rather than text, and click the exclamation mark icon and select Convert to Number.
Due to privacy laws, consider adding a password if you intend to save the file.
