To add a team in ESS, please follow the steps below:
You will require an Administrator login that allows you to Organise Teams.
Go to Teams.
Click the ellipsis button (3 dots ...) at the top of the screen.
Select Add new team.
Give the new team a name; maximum character length is 40 characters.
Click Add.
This will open the new team. Messages will appear that There are no managers/members for this team.
Click the ellipsis button and select Add a member.
