Error: 'The current selected "Process to" date ... may not be greater than the last Processed Period End Date' in Superannuation Processing

Updated over 3 months ago

This error occurs in the Express Super Processing and Superannuation Processing screens when the Process To date is after the last completed Period End Date for the chosen frequency. For example, the last completed Period End Date is 28/3 and the Process To date is entered as 31/3.

If you receive this message:

  • Check the Process To Date is correct for the chosen Frequency.

  • If you have chosen more than one Frequency, the date cannot be after the latest period end date. For example, if the last weekly period end date is the 28/3 and the last monthly period end date is 31/3, then the Process To date needs to be 31/3 or earlier.

  • If the Process To Date is the last period end date, check that End of Pay has been completed. To do this:

    1. Go to Payroll, Maintenance, General, Pay Frequencies.

    2. Edit the Frequency you are including in Super Processing.

    3. Check that Processed is ticked for the Period End Date you wish to include.

    4. If it isn't processed, go to Payroll, Transactions, End of Period, End of Pay and complete the End of Pay.
