Payroll Report includes a blank page or freezes

Payroll Report freezes when printing or previewing or the first page or the page before the report totals is blank.

If you experience:

  • freezing when printing or previewing the Payroll Report,

  • the first page is blank,

  • or the page before the Report Totals is blank,

this could be due to the parameter selection used.

To prevent freezing or remove the blank page, use the following:

  • Include more than one Totals Options. For example, tick Show Company Totals and Show Report Totals.

  • Ensure the Period End Date selected has transactions. I.e., don't select a period end date you have yet to enter transactions for. Instead, use the last processed date.

  • Untick Show Hours by Rate Details.
