Hosted Online - Save reports and files as an Online customer

Where can I find the reports or files that I have saved as a hosted customer

Depending on your Operating System restrictions, you can either:

  • Browse and save to any drive or folder on your local work network

  • Use your Home folder in your Payroll Online instance, where you can save reports.

The home folder is used to temporarily save reports or files. You should copy any files or reports saved here to your company network.

Check if a file is in the Home drive:

  1. Go to any report, grid or IQ

  2. Select Save Grid.

  3. Browse to your Home Drive in the Save As window.

    • Ensure the correct file type or all files selected

    • The report or file should be visible

Warning: Don't click Save when looking for your files. Doing so will overwrite the contents of the file with the grid or IQ.

Copy the file or report to your local PC:

  1. After completing the above, select the file.

  2. Right-click and select Copy.

  3. Close any open MicrOpay windows.

  4. Paste to your local PC.
