Resend Onboarding Invitation

When an onboarding invitation is sent to the employee, the Invite Employee button is replaced by Resend Invite and Cancel Invite buttons.

Resend Invite can be used to send another email invite to the new employee, without cancelling it first. The new employee must still complete Onboarding within 10 days of the original invitation being sent.

Resend Invite should not be used when a new invite is required because the original onboarding details were incorrect or the email could not be delivered. The original invite should be cancelled and then a new one sent after the details are updated.

To resend an onboarding invite

  1. Go to Payroll, Maintenance, Employees, New/Edit Employees Maintenance.

  2. Double click the new employee's record to open the New Employee Wizard.

  3. Go to the Onboarding page, then click Resend Invite. A confirmation message is displayed.

  4. Click OK to acknowledge and close the message.

A new email invite and text notification are sent, and the Onboarding Status is updated to Invite Sent.
