Beam Super Clearing - MVR validation for Super Batches

Enable or disable Member Verification Request (MVR) validation for Super Batches

When you add or update an employee's superannuation fund details, an MVR (Member Verification Request) is sent to verify the employee's super details. Failed MVRs can prevent a Super Batch from validating successfully.

From MicrOpay Evo version 9.5 SP2, you can include or exclude MVR validation when validating batches. By default, the checkbox is unticked. To enable your batch validation to include MVR status, you must tick it. You need Admin permission to be able to access the checkbox.

When the checkbox is unticked, you have disabled the MVR validation status check when validating Super Batches. It does not stop MVRs from being sent or responses received. Other batch validation still occurs.

Enable MVR validation for Super Batches

  1. Go to Access MicrOpay Evo Administration, System Configuration, Super Clearing Setup.

  2. Tick Enable Member Verification Request (MVR) validation for Super Batches.

  3. Click OK.

Disable MVR validation for Super Batches

  1. Go to Access MicrOpay Evo Administration, System Configuration, Super Clearing Setup.

  2. Untick Enable Member Verification Request (MVR) validation for Super Batches.

  3. Click OK.
