In ESS version 3.12 there is a new sign in experience, where you will enter your sign-in name twice, once on the new page and again on the correct sign in page for your organisation.
Launch ESS, the new sign in page will display at https://ess.cloud.micropay.com.au.
Enter you sign in name (this is the usual email address or username you use to sign in) and click Next. You will be directed to the standard sign in page.
Enter the same email address or username again and click Next.
From here, the process is unchanged, enter your password and click Sign In.
