Add a new Leave Reason to the Employer Superannuation Contribution

Include the new Leave Reason in the company super

When adding a new leave reason to your database you need to consider if it needs to be included in your Superannuation calculation.

If it should be included, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Payroll, Maintenance, Superannuation, Employer Contributions.

  2. Edit the Employer Contribution you need to update.

  3. Click Calculation Parameters.

  4. On the Leave Reason tab, review the selected Leave Reasons.

  5. To include a Leave Reason, click Select.

  6. Highlight the Leave Reason to be included and click OK.

  7. Then OK again.
