You may receive this message when you are trying to download files from Evo in the MicrOpay Hosted Online environment. The error occurs if your current security settings do not allow the file to be downloaded when you try to open an Excel document in the MicrOpay Hosted Online environment.
To download and open the file, log in to Evo using a web browser on your local computer and download the file.
