Express Super - Get access to a missing employer in the Express Super portal

Missing an employer from the Express Super portal.

Please refer to your Super Admin user to amend your profile to give you access to all Employer (payroll companies) that you want to process super for.

Once the Super Admin user is logged into Express Super

  1. Go to Employer Maintenance.

  2. Click the Employers Name you need access to.

  3. Click Users and User Groups.

  4. Select the Manage Associations tab under the field Available Users.

  5. Highlight the new user's username and use the chevron > to move it over to the Associated Users list for the user to have access to the Employer.

If you need to remove any inactive users from an Employer, highlight the username displayed under Associated Users and use the chevron < to move it over to the left to remove the user access.
