This can occur when the Express Super process hasn't been completed for the previous reporting period. If this is the case, follow the steps below to clear out these values. The steps will create a file, which you will need to delete if you have already uploaded it to the portal.
Create a backup.
Go to Payroll, Transactions, End of Period, Express Super Processing.
Select Fund, Payroll Company, Location, or Pay Frequency if required, or select <All>.
In Process To enter the date you want to process your super to. This will be the last period end date from the previous process period.
In Express Super Workflow, select 1. View and Produce File.
You will receive a warning about taking a backup prior, select Yes if you have taken a backup.
The Express Super Contributions Report will display. Select Print to File to save the report.
Close the Express Super Contribution Report. You will be prompted to Produce the Contributions File now? Select Yes.
Next, you will receive a message with the file location click OK.
Once the file has been created, click 2. File Accepted. You don't need to upload the file to the portal if you have already done so.
A message will appear to confirm the file has been submitted and accepted. Select Yes. Your file will be saved and a message confirming this will appear, press OK.
Click 3. Complete. You will receive a message to complete your Express Super Processing. Select Yes.
Another message will appear. Would you like to process EFT Payments to pay the Super now? Select Yes to go to Creditor EFT Export and produce the EFT file. Select Close if you want to produce the file later.
A final message will appear Express Super has been Completed with a reminder that the payment still needs to be made. Click OK.
The three Express Super Workflow steps will now be greyed out as the process is complete. The funds included in the file have been cleared.
