In ESS, the leave settings apply to all employees. You cannot apply permissions or show Leave Reasons based on teams, companies or individuals. This means that if you tick a Leave Reason, then all employees with that Leave Type will see the Leave Reason. Of if you untick Display Balance for a leave type, none of the employees will be able to see the balance for that leave type.
