In ESS, the leave settings apply to all employees, so leave balance and the ability to enter leave applications are the same for all employees. You cannot limit this based on teams, companies or individuals.
If you select a Leave Reason, then all employees with that Leave Type will see the Leave Reason. Or if you untick Display Balance for a leave type, no employees will be able to see the balance for that leave type.
