Errors
The errors below may appear when running any of the Payroll Tax IQs if the PayrollTaxIQs.exe hasn't been run on the database.
'Invalid object name 'dbo._udipfnPayrollTaxCost'
There was a problem running the IQ. Please restart MicrOpay and try again.
IQ Error: Invalid column name 'iPayrollTaxID'
Ensure that the exe in the PayrollTaxIQs.zip file has been run.
Additionally, you can receive the error 'There was a problem running the IQ. Please restart MicrOpay and try again' if the parameters are incorrectly entered. Review the below:
TaxCode, CostAccount, DefaultLocation, DefaultCostAccount, State and Location need to match the existing codes in maintenance.
E.g. If the Payroll Tax code is NSWPT, then entering PTNSW in the IQ will result in the error.
If using wildcards, the entered part of the code needs to match.
E.g. If you enter X% as the location, you will receive the error if none of your locations start with X.
Dates (DateFrom and DateTo) need to be entered in the correct format, dd/mm/yyyy.
