New Zealand - Employee didn't supply their KiwiSaver membership number

The Membership No field in the Employee's Superannuation Fund is not a mandatory field in the New Zealand database. Meaning that you can add Super Funds and Contributions to an employee without a membership number. You can then amend the field when the employee supplies their membership number.

This field is not included in the NZ PayDay Filing files; however, it may be required for other reports or files you create.
