To remove an Administrator role from a user in ESS, please follow the steps below:
Log in to ESS as an Administrator.
Locate and open the user.
Select Teams & Roles from the left.
Click on the ellipsis button (three dots) to the right of the Administrator Role.
Select Remove Administrator role.
Click Yes, remove role to confirm removing the role.
