Unpost a General Ledger Batch

In General Ledger Integration, Transaction, Batch Process, ensure that the Batch you want to un-post is selected in the Batch field.

Check that the Batch Process grid is empty. The Un-Post button is disabled if there are current batch entries. Use the Clear Batch button to remove any entries and enable the Un-Post button. If there are no entries but Un-Post is unavailable, click Load Batch, to load the entries, then click Clear Batch to remove.

Click Un-Post Batch.

A message will display to confirm that the last posted batch should be un-posted.

Select Yes to reverse the last batch that was posted.

The Batch Entries for the un-posted batch are displayed in the Batch Process grid.
