It is recommended that you clear your General Ledger batch each time. If you don't clear, the previous and current batches will be included in the Batch Process window at the same time, overstating the GL.
There are two ways you can clear previous batches from Batch Process before processing the next batch.
Click Clear Batch. This will clear the batch straight away.
Tick Clear Previous Unposted Batches. This will clear the batch when you process the next batch.
