It is recommended to clear your General Ledger batch each time. If you don't clear, the previous and current batches will be included in the Batch Process window, overstating the GL.
There are two ways you can clear previous batches from Batch Process before processing the next batch.
Click Clear Batch.
Or tick the box Clear Previous Unposted Batches.
