The data window you tried to open is there; you just can't see it because it is being displayed off the edge of the monitor. The reason MicrOpay appears to be non-responsive is that there's an active window open, even though you can't see it.
There is a simple workaround that realigns MicrOpay display with the selected screen resolution.
Click MicrOpay in the Windows® Taskbar to ensure it is the active application.
On your keyboard, press ALT + Spacebar. A pop-up menu is displayed.
Select Maximise or Restore, and the hidden screen should appear.
When you open the window again and select Preview (when you preview the Pay Advices), it will now appear in the centre of the monitor's display area.
