You have the option in MicrOpay to Summarise Transactions or to Summarise Termination Payments on Pay Advices.
When you Summarise Transactions, the Pay Advice will total each component, and you will see one line per component. The rate and cost account information isn't available. To do this:
Go to Payroll, Reports, Transactions, Pay Advices.
Make your normal parameter selection.
Click the Display Options tab.
Tick Summarised Transactions.
Click Preview or Produce.
If you want to see the rate or cost account on the Pay Advice, don't tick Summaried Transactions.
Note: If you tick both Summarised Transactions and Pay Class Description, then the pay advice will have one line per combination of component and pay class.
