If the Process Date on the Creditor EFT Export screen is blank and there are no dates in the dropdown list, this could be because:
the Creditor was not set up before the transactions were processed.
The Creditor EFT export is not retrospective and will only show values that were processed after the Creditor EFT was set up. For pays processed before you created the Creditor EFT, you will need to manually transfer the funds. Subsequent pays will appear when you process the Creditor EFT.
the End of Pay has not been processed.
After processing End of Pay, the period end date should appear in the Process Date dropdown.
