This can happen when the deduction code for salary sacrifice or voluntary contribution is attached to more than one fund. Each fund needs unique deduction codes.
Go to Payroll, Maintenance, Superannuation, Fund.
Review each Fund and identify if the deduction code is attached to more than one fund.
Remove the deduction code from the incorrect fund.
