You can customise your MicrOpay display using the options in the View menu. You can also use the View menu to navigate.
There are four options you can show:
Show System Tree - shows to the left of the screen and is used to navigate.
Use the search function at the top of the System Tree to find maintenance and processing windows, reports, etc.
Close the System Tree by clicking the cross (x) button in the top right or unticking Show System Tree in the View menu.
Show Recently Used - shows at the bottom of the System Tree and contains the most recently used screens. Use this to navigate to your most recently used screens.
Recently Used will only show if you tick Show System Tree.
Close Recently Used by clicking the cross (x) button in the top right or unticking Show Recently Used in the View menu.
Show Status Bar - shows at the bottom screen and includes information such as the employee count, payroll database name, country, user, etc.
Hide the Status bar by unticking Show Status Bar in the View menu.
Show Navigation Menu - appears under the drop-down menus and includes navigation shortcuts to Common, Payroll, General Ledger Integration, HR and Favourites.
You will only have the modules included in your license, i.e. if you aren't licensed for General Ledger or HR you won't see these.
Favourites
You can also customise your Favourites, creating your own list screens and reports. Access Favourites either from the View menu or the Favourites button in the Navigation Menu.
There are three ways to add items to your Favourites:
From the System Tree, select the screen or report, right-click, select Favourites and then Add 'Screen' to Favourites.
From the System Tree, select the screen or report, click on the View menu, select Favourites and then Add 'Screen' to Favourites.
Select the node or icon in the space on the right, right-click and select Add 'Screen' to Favourites.
Organise Favourites
You can remove screens from your Favourites or assign them a shortcut key in Organise Favourites. To open Organise Favourites, either:
Select Favourites from the View menu then select Organise Favourites.
Right-click in the System Tree and select Favourites then select Organise Favourites.
Click Favourites in the Navigation Bar then select Organise Favourites.
To remove a screen from your Favourites, click on the yellow star. This will clear the colour and when you click OK the item will be removed from your Favourites.
You assign shortcut keys by highlighting the screen and selecting the Keyboard Shortcut. There are 10 shortcuts available, CTRL+1 to CTRL+0. Remove a shortcut key by selecting (none) from the list.
