Archive licenses are usually issued when you have changed Payroll Systems but still require access to the data in MicrOpay. When you have an Archive license, you can't enter Transactions for employees however, you can still produce Reports and report your STP Final Event to the ATO.
The STP Final Event can be submitted before the End of Year, as you are no longer processing transactions in MicrOpay. For more information, refer see:
