This error occurs when either:
the file has been written incorrectly to the location
the chosen file path is incorrect
you don't have permission for the path
To find which File Layout the Super Fund uses:
Go to Payroll, Maintenance, Superannuation, Fund.
Edit the fund that is getting the error.
Select the File Layout tab to see the File Layout.
You could also use Customise Grid Columns in the Fund grid and add File Layout to the grid.
To check the File Path:
Go to Payroll, Maintenance, Superannuation, File Layout.
Edit the File Layout attached to your fund.
Check that the Path of Output File is valid and that you have permission for that path.
If the file path is correct and you have permission, check to see if there is an existing file in the file location. Delete the file and try producing the file again.
