Leave Accruals for Terminated Employees

If a Termination Date is present in the Employee's Termination Details and the Employee is attached to Leave based on Contract Hours, then Leave will not accrue for the Employee after the final payment is processed. Though the final leave balance will remain in the Employee's Leave Details.

If the Employee is attached to Leave based on Hours Worked and a pay component that is attached to the leave class is processed in a transaction, then the employee will accrue leave on this leave type.
