The Include in EarlyPay field in the EarlyPay box allows you to choose what to include in the EarlyPay Worksheet. The field is greyed out and unavailable to edit until you have enabled EarlyPay. For more information on EarlyPay, refer to the article Getting Started with EarlyPay.
Once EarlyPay has been enabled, this field can be ticked for Additions Before Tax or Deductions Before Tax. Making the Addition or Deduction available for use in the EarlyPay Worksheet when you are importing.
To update the EarlyPay field:
Go to Payroll, Maintenance, General, Additions and Deductions.
Edit the Addition or Deduction.
Either:
Tick the Include in EarlyPay field to include the field in imports.
Untick the Include in EarlyPay field to exclude the field from imports.
Click OK to save.
