Family and Domestic Violence leave

Record and report on FDV or Family and Domestic Violence leave in an Australian database

Updated over 3 months ago

Family and Domestic Violence Leave is recorded in the Paid FDV Leave screen. You don't process this as leave in transactions or display it on pay advices. This is per the advice from Fair Work and the ATO. Where, in the interest of at-risk persons’ safety, it was decided that PFDVL must now be shown on pay advices as payment related to their ordinary working hours. It cannot be recorded as a separate leave type at all.
