How this version will be made available
If you're a Payroll Online (Hosted) customer
Access MicrOpay Evo will be upgraded to v9.4 SP2 B3 on Friday 28 November 2025, 8:00 pm - Saturday 29 November 2025, 8:00 pm AEDT.
If you are an On-premise Desktop customer
The Access MicrOpay Evo v9.4 SP2 B3 release will be available from our Access MicrOpay Evo products download page from 1 December 2025. We'll let you know when this becomes available. Before updating your Access MicrOpay Evo software, both the Payroll and the Common database must be backed up.
