Access MicrOpay Cloud environment does not have SOC report.
For Access MicrOpay Online databases, only the Cloud Hosting Team (who supports the Operations) is granted access to the databases for performing maintenance and operational tasks (check the backups, integrity, logs, etc). Developers don't access Production databases with live data - In case of data issue that requires context understanding and development access to data, the Access Group will require permission to customer for restoring the database in a temporary and controlled environment for troubleshooting and after the issue identification, the environment is destroyed.
